Cake:

Crumble:
•baking keg Kasia 50 g
•50 g sugar
•wheat flour 50 g
Accessories:
•yolk 1 item
•milk 2 tbsp
•small plums (fresh, frozen or compotes)
Preparation:
1.Add the crushed yeast and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the lukewarm milk. When the sugar is dissolved, add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix. Leave in a warm place to rise.
2.Kate the thaw and study it. Clean the eggs with the remaining sugar, add leaven and flour, mix everything together. Finally, add melted Kasia and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and shiny. Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place until it doubles in volume (about an hour).
3.Once again, knead the dough to degas it and roll it out on a flattened table for a cake about 1 cm thick. Cut the circles about 10 cm in diameter from the dough, lightly spread them and place them on a flat baking tray lined with baking paper.
4.In the middle of each bun, make a light hollow and arrange the halves of the plums with the skin down. Cover the whole with a linen cloth and leave for 15 minutes for the buns to grow.
5.Mix all ingredients of the crumble in the bowl with a mixer. Then bend it lightly in your hands. Egg yolks with milk.
6.Spread the scattered rolls with egg yolk and sprinkle with crumble. Put in the oven preheated to 170 ° C and bake for about 20 minutes.
