I've successfully sticky-fied the apples with apple or orange juice to replace the sugar, and reckon a good dollop of yoghurt to replace the whipped cream and we're in health country (if you don't count the butter and carbs in the waffle, that is...but whose counting those?)

Of course things can always be altered to up the health factor... but, I like decadence. haha I think as-is would be a fantastic treat for a Sunday brunch.
