This is one of the best street food in Taiwan, Chicken Roll. It's lightly fried, comes with golden color and very juicy inside. The stuffing is made of chopped onion, marinated chicken and flour. Give it a try when you are in town next time. :)
之前一直不喜歡吃雞捲, 覺得都炸的黑黑的, 看起來很油. 最近在大稻埕慈聖宮廟口發現這家超好吃黃金雞捲. (黃金是我自己加的)
這家雞捲皮沒有炸過頭, 入口完全沒有吃不出皮的存在. 口裡的味道是洋蔥的甜味跟軟嫩的雞肉. 搭配店家的甜辣醬及醃製小黃瓜真是絕配, 完全不膩口. 再加上肉粥及四神湯, 今天的早午餐完美結束.
