Kiwi's are one of my favorite fruits, they are actually considered to be a berry. Not only delicious, they have many health benefits. Packed full of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Potassium and Iron, eating a Kiwi or two before bed has been proven to improve quality of sleep. They also reduce high-blood pressure, improve heart health and are great for your skin. I cut them in half and scoop them out with a spoon.
