Recipe:
1. Mix bulk ingredients: sifted flour, baking powder, sugar, salt.
2. In a separate container, slightly whip eggs, pour kefir, half of the melted butter and mix.
3. Combine dry and liquid ingredients and knead dough, as on fritters.
4. Heat up the pan with the remaining butter. Pour into the pan making pancakes more than pancakes, but less than for pancakes.
5. Cook the pancakes until they are slightly dry on one side, and the edges start to gold, about 2-3 minutes. Then gently flip to the other side.
6. Ready hot fields pancake syrup, honey, jam and serve.

1 egg,
80 g butter,
1 Cup of flour,
1 teaspoon baking powder,
3 tbsp. spoons of sugar,
a pinch of salt,
honey or jam to feeding taste.
