Wanted to share the experience of this amazing sushi party!
Arrived early to help out and got to carry this huge box up the stairs that contained big pieces of fish before getting to eat some and watch be cut up and prepared. Then enjoyed by a whole bunch of people!
Starting to unwrap something... But what is it!?
Working on unwrapping the fish while people arrive for the sushi party. One person I met later at the sushi party said it was like his fifth time attending one of these! So I made sure to attend another night myself!
Look at this big piece of fish!
The sponsors of the sushi party were also one of the sponsors of the crypto mixer I helped organize and host. They did a great job with everything throughout the week!

Had a big piece of salmon and tuna for the sushi party which looks like enough to feed quite a few people!
Chopsticks and a bunch of vegetables for making a bunch of different amazing dishes throughout the night!

Originally intended to be a smaller party. But many people came to the party as you can see! Chefs doing a great job preparing and passing out plates to everyone waiting in line.
Made it through the line to get some sushi and see from the other side!
Got to enjoy times with many great people and good sushi or rather sashimi mostly during a fun night after a day of conference events. Many great conversations with great people.

Is that Ahi by chance in the 1st photo? Looks like Hawaiian Ahi (Tuna)....wow, what a party...I would have loved to use the chopstick and dig into the Sushi food.....must have Wasabi too.
Do you live in Puerto Rico? Thinking moving there the next winter.
Believe it is Ahi Tuna. Yes, what a party indeed! Do not live in Puerto Rico. But am spending time here and will be back so am living as in living, but not in the traditional sense of living as I live in the universe and not in some one location.
