Good morning everyone,
Let's get this day started with a delicious breakfast and some gym work out.
This morning I made a salad with burrata cheese, cherry tomatoes, rocket salad leaves and pesto.
Burrata is a fresh Italian buffalo milk cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is mozzarella but on the inside it's stracciatella and cream, and that's why it's unusually soft. It's a very buttery cheese.
The meaning of the word "burrata" means "buttered" in Italian.
Burrata cheese is one of the most creamiest and softest cheeses in the world. I can't even describe the taste because it's so good.
As for the dressing I used basil olive oil, some balsamic vinegar and of course salt and pepper.
Once you cut the burrata cheese open you can clearly see the creaminess and that's the most magical part of the dish.

I was suppose to have a rest day, however I felt like going to the gym and have cardio (20 min stair master and 20 min incline treadmill... followed be 10min stretch ๐ช๐ผ). Your breakfast looks so good, I have to try this burrata cheese ๐๐ผ
