lassi is a traditional milk based product yesterday , in our collage we made cardamom lassi .
Ingredients
Curd - 1kg
sugar- 300 gm
water - 150ml
Cardamom - 10
green color
procedure
first we take curd in vessel and blend it.
Then we add sugar in the water and make the sugar solution .
after than we add sugar solution in the curd and blend it for 5 minutes.
for the cardamom flavor:- we take green cardamom , we grind the cardmom then we add this grind cardamom in the little warm and sieve it and this sieve solution add in to the curd mixture.
we add half teaspoon of green color .
Cardamom lassi is ready for serve .
This recipe is enough for 10 persons
