Ingredients:
- meat-500 gr.
- onion - 2 PCs .
- wheat flour - 1 tbsp
- tomato paste - 3 tbsp
- salt-to taste
- pepper (ground) - to taste
- Bay leaf-to taste
- greens-to taste
Preparation:
- Wash the meat, dry and cut into cubes.
- Onion chopped cut.
- In a deep frying pan heat the oil and fry the meat on high heat ~ 5 minutes.
- Add to the meat onions and fry, stirring occasionally, about 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
- Meat salt, pepper, sprinkle with flour, mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add tomato paste, mix well.
- Pour 2-3 cups of water or broth into the goulash, mix, add Bay leaf, cover and simmer over low heat for an hour and a half.
- When serving, sprinkle the stew with chopped herbs.
