Ingredients:

- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- butter-25 gr.
Preparation:
- Chicken Breasts split into 2 pieces, remove skin and bones, season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a pan pour oil, add butter and well heated.
- On hot oil lay out chicken Breasts, fry them on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
- When the breast has browned, cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
- When released from chicken meat juice will become transparent, place the breast on a plate, cover it to keep warm.
- Mushrooms wash, cut into thin slices.
- Onions finely shred.
- In a pan put onions and chopped mushrooms.
- Fry.
- Add to the onions and mushrooms in the flour, fry for about 1 minute, then pour the water and bring to a boil stirring constantly.
