What I Eat in a Day #3//Vegan, Healthy, & Tasty!

Warning: The following contains delicious food. Don't read if you are out and about and hungry :D ....especially food shopping, we all know how that can end up!

Ahhh another day....that means more food :D Here are the delicious meals I ate on this day!!

Breakfast : Fruit Cereal Bowl!!

In this wonderful bowl of goodness is the following:
~1 chopped banana
~1 chopped apple
~handful of blueberries
~raisins, mulberries, goji berries
~walnuts
~almond butter
~banana milk (banana, date, water, vanilla extract) and cinnamon

This meal never fails to taste amazing. I even have it for dinner sometimes :)

Lunch: Oats....another meal I can have at any point throughout the day!

These oats were very tasty and easy to whip up!! I will be posting some different recipes with oats, so stay tuned....

Dinner: Brown Rice with Chili and Nutritional Yeast

This is a very simple meal but delicious. I had made chili the night before and had some leftover so I made some brown rice and just plopped some chili on top along with some nooch!! Hit the spot, as always.

Other things to look out for that I will be posting are more of these What I Eat in a Days, recipes, taste tests, vegan vs non vegan items and reviews from myself and a non vegan, and much more!!

Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated! I will not get upset if you have any criticism, I am always open to learning what I can do better so I can be better! Until Next Time.....

NIce! Stuff I eat all the time. Nutritional yeast is amazing, combined with exercise it's suppose to help prevent the common cold. I'll definitely be posting some recipes like this.

Good to know, I never knew that about nutritional yeast! Can't wait to see your posts!!
