There was couple of times i found one stall in a temporary night market. never as good as the ones I had in China or Taiwan before unfortunately.
Yes I understand. Most likely you would have to spend big dollars at a special Chinese restaurant then. The food there is diverse but very expensive if you want something unique. Taipei, and Shanghai seem to have the best flavor in my opinion.
