I bet the pistachios are simply amazing in this recipe. I've never tried to add nuts to my avocado toast, but this sounds great. I bet the texture of both is just a nice combination.

I will. I'll already know that I will do agave instead of honey, but I'm excited. The photos won't be as beautiful, but Ill try my best hah ;)
