I will probably never do this. I'm lazy and don't mind a green egg. But for a special occasion when I want presentable eggs, now I know how to do it. And you know what? I've read articles on this topic before. Yours makes absolutely the most sense. Chemistry, Fool!

Haha. Totally understandable. I'm glad I was able to be clear about it all. I was a bit worried that wasn't going to be the case.
