Friday cooking contest : oats chilla and chocolate banana oats icecream

Today i make oats chilla recipe and chocolate banana oats icecream

So start with oats chilla recipe .

STEP 1 - Add 2 cup of oats to a bowl

STEP 2 - Add water in a bowl and cover with a plate for 15 minutes

STEP 3 - Cut onion and tomato

STEP 4 - Add grated onion and tomato

STEP 5 - Add it to mixing bowl along with 1/4 cup besan , salt and red chilli powder . and you also use jeera.

STEP 6 - pour 1 cup water. mix to make a batter adding water as needed. I added another another 1/4 cup this may depend on the kind of oatmeal used.

STEP 7 - Place your pan on the stove.

STEP 8 - grease ur pan well with oil and heat it. You can heat up this while you make the batter to save some time.

STEP 10 - Pour 1 ladle full of batter and spread it lightly. do not spread it too much.

STEP 11 - Add oil or ghee around the edges cook until it sets well. flip it.

STEP 12 - Cook well on both the sides. to make it lightly crisp, cook on a medium heat for few minutes. Then put on a plate.

CHOCOLATE BANANA OATS ICECREAM RECIEPE
STEP 1 - Take a bowl and 1 banana and mashed all the banana.
STEP 2 - 1 cup (45 g) Rolled oats
STEP 3 - 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
STEP 4 - 1/2 tablespoon Coco powder
STEP 5 - Pinch salt
STEP 6 - 1/8 cup (70 g) Greek yogurt
STEP 7 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup , optional
STEP 8 - 1 cup Almond milk or any milk of your choice.
STEP 9 - Mix it all
Step 10 - Place it on a glass
STEP 11 - place the glass on the fridge.
STEP 12 - CHOCOLATE BANANA OATS receipe is ready
