Chicken korma is one of the most loved dishes in india. I usually prepare it during festive occasions. The ingredients are found in abundance and this dish can be prepared with 45 minutes.
Ingredients.:
Chicken :1 kg
Curd: 500 gm
Almond and cashew powder 2 tbsp
All spices powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Onions 3-4 shallots
Cardamom 2 pieces
Cinnamon 2 pieces
Cloves 3-4
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Green chilies 3-4
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Coriander 1 bunch
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with all the spices and curd.
Grate onions and deep fry them and remove it in a plate.
In a heavy bottom utensil add oil and then add chicken marinate. Saute till the oil leaves the curd. Add coriander and mint leaves. Add water and simmer till chicken tenders. Crush fried onions and add, mix the lemon juice. Garnish with mint leaves.
