Today I was at project gastronomia event in London, it was such a great event talking about the future of food, sustainability and how technology will play a part in the future of food. I am going to write up a proper post about this over the weekend as haven't had time to stop since we had our own event last night and are doing a video shoot in the morning (I should be in bed already !!) One of the highlights of this event for me was this micro herb stand and trying these incredible herbs, edible flowers and succulents from @koppertcress at @bculinary. I wish I could remember some of the names I am definitely going to follow up the contact I have for an interview as there were so many things I had never even seen before from edible flowers to these little green buds covered in 'crystals' that were crunchy and succulent leaves. These micro herbs are full of nutrients and flavour to liven up vegan salads, I’m hooked !

@bingbabe makes these kind of dishes sometimes and they are always great. Makes a change from the usual TV dinners and other unhealthy options I usually eat.

Oh wow going to go and look ...

Wow, these look stunning!
