Fresh mint tea

Fresh mint tea from my tiny balcony garden in London. Mint is used to calm and soothe an upset stomach and indigestion. Mint is thought to increase bile secretion and encourage bile flow, which helps to speed and ease digestion (and which may also support healthy cholesterol levels).
