I bring to the notice of steemians a beauty found here in Africa. It is basically the traditional marriage ceremony that occured over the weekend which @tv4souls had opportunity to take a live coverage of the occassion. We simply cannot keep the beauty but share with the world but most importantly the beauty that the day brought.
It 2as organised at the beach where families and loved ones could enjoy and dine together. Usually, the basic customs of the marriage are performed in the house which continues at a place of refreshment. This is where the reception took place, at the beach.
Friends came in their number to support the ceremony rendering its beauty a classic one. We share with steemians the various food and drinks the were available for everyone at the ceremony. All local foods of different kinds were served in a form of buffete.
The part of it all which makes me share the experience is the drinks and cocktail section. Here, everyone got served so right with all kinds of fruits juice, local drinks, champaign, coconut and several others. Below are moments of the occasion at different times.
Fun was all over the place. This is just how the happiness and joy has always been at local ceremonies here in Ghana. People wear their local dress and put on the best clothes which fit the moment. I really loved the atmosphere the was created. It really was a serene one of course. Find a moment like this here in Ghana and it certainly will be one to always remember.
This is Ghana. This is Africa. We do it our own way.
