Ingredients
• Ranch Dressing (1/2 cup)
• Buffalo Wing Sauce (1/4 cup)
• Ground Chicken (675g)
• Chicken Stuffing Mix (120g)
• Feta Cheese (1/2 cup, crumbled)
• Celery (1 stalk, thinly sliced)
• Green Onion (2 bunches, chopped)
• Eggs (1, beaten)
Directions
- Set your oven to preheat to around 375 degrees and lightly grease a 6 x 4-inch loaf tin with olive oil.
- Mix all your egg and dry ingredients, along with half of your dressing ingredients together until fully incorporated using your hands.
- Once combined, add your meat mixture into your greased loaf tin, top with the other half of your dressing ingredients and set to bake until done (about 30 to 35 minutes).
Tip: Use a thermometer to determine doneness by inserting it into the thickest part of the meatloaf. The temperature should be at165 degrees F.
