Nice I just did google it! Looks good! Thanks! Wow with Wasabi I never knew!) Just realized why I didn't recognize it, the US banned Kobe Beef nearly 20 years ago after the Mad Cow Dissease Outbreak! I'm not positive if Kobe Beef is still illegal in the US?, Now it is Labelled Wagyu Beef to get around the restrictions I believe! I gotta get me some Wagyu Beef then thanks! Now I know why this post is special!
In Japan it is called Wagyu I believe.
