We use cumin in our egg salad (among many other things). One day a few years back, one of our kids declared it smelt like stinky arm pits in the kitchen afterwards. LOL!
Your food photography just keeps getting better and better! And I'll definitely give this recipe a shot in the near-ish future - we have grilled chicken and jasmine rice in heavy rotation in our dinners, so this will be a nice change of pace.
