Borscht..I haven't had that in like 4 or 5 years. I've only had it once and loved it but I definitely must give this recipe a try. I am always looking to expand the breadth of what I can make and this looks divine. Those are good tips for pictures too. I always feel like my pictures I take of food fall so flat and maybe the fact of things in the background and whatnot are part of that..I may have to try again because I love to cook and would love to share some of my stuff.
