My Mum used to make lentil soup for me when I was young, it was my favourite, which is a good thing because it is also a very cost effective meal.

Now, I have several lentil soups I make, some with red lentils, some with puy lentils. I absolutely love lentils, and to be honest, I add it to a lot of dishes.
