in #food β€’ 2 months ago

Hi Friends,

It's lovely outside. Been windy and raining. Snow almost all turned into thin ice or melted away. I've been bed rest tho and can't enjoy nothing but the pain of my belly. My surgery went well. Recovery is a witch so far πŸ˜… Day 4 only. People said it will get better. I truly hope so, like in a blink, I hope, PLEASE πŸ˜…

I'm just happy my mother in law is here from Hungary. So boys have home meals now and then πŸ™‚

For today's recipe I have an awesome banana muffins, big and fluffy, even my mom in law said "please give me the recipe, so I can bake these when I go home to Hungary" 😊 I told her it's my go to recipe for muffins, simple, big, and nice, and boys always love them.
