Superfood Thick Vegan Pancake/Waffle

in #food7 years ago (edited)

Our breakfast last week 😉

My oldest was at home as he had long weekend 💃 So we prepared what was going to be pancake, into waffle, as my youngest demanded us to use the Elmo waffle maker 😂

I called it superfood as this vegan pancake/waffle has purple yam powder, chia seeds, and ground flax seeds

My babes hardly like waffle/pancake with syrup unless we were at a hotel 😅 So we served our thick waffle as is.

  • chia egg
