It sure is! Green smoothies were my first step towards living a healthier life. Had my first one over 5 years ago and now there isn't a day I have one for breakfast or as a healthy snack... have a great weekend my friend!

We have one every day... according to science it takes 21 days to turn something into a habit.. for me it took less than a week to get hooked to these green drinks. that's now over 5 years ago hehe. Thanks for stopping by ;)

I go through periods of having smoothies. I really need to start making them daily. One thing I do every morning is make a cup of turmeric tea. Its really good for you. Look it up on youtube :)

I love turmeric tea. Do you make it with nut milk or just water? We often add turmeric to our smoothies... best of both worlds... tea and smoothie hehe.
