I thought I would share one of my biggest passions with you outside of art ... and that is, healthy, healing foods!! I’ve been personally invested in a holistic approach to wellness for around 7 years! It’s been a long time :) In particular, juicing has been a big part of that journey so I wanted to share with you. Here we go!!
Lovely greens for nutrient dense addition. A great way to start adding kale to the rotation.
Sweet red apples help to cover the tougher tastes of the vegetables at first. But I reduced as time went on. Not too many are needed!
Some carrots and beetroot!

Full recipe:
3 x leafs of kale
5 x large carrots
4 x red apples
1/2 x a beetroot
4 x red apples
I love juicing and it makes me feel wonderful! :)
