Whole 30: Day 1, Meal 1

Here we go! Whole 30 begins today and I am so excited get my eating habits on track after the holidays. An Average Girl can't eat terrible all the time without feeling less than average 😆

Starting off Whole 30, I'm excited to be incorporating more fruits and vegetables back into my diet. Green smoothies for breakfast has been a regular on the menu for me, so, it kind of doesn't feel like I've started anything special, YET!

Beet Greens
Mixed Berries
Banana
Coconut Milk
Cinnamon

Festive straw!

It's probably a mental thing, but I think a festive straw makes smoothies taste even better!
