Reasons why you should eat snails

Hello friends!!!...is snail really good for the body?
Well if its good enough for the french, its good enough for us. I prepared a snail sause which most people find it very hard to eat in food especially when its being prepared in some nice delicacies.

Snails do provide a low calories and they are proteinous for building and repairing muscle which is better at filling you up than crabs and fat. They don't only build the muscle they also build red blood cells and carry energy around the body. A lack of iron can lead to extreme fatique and anaemia.

They are also nutritious in food and they possess anti cancer properties and boost the immune system due to their antioxidants and anti inflammatory effects.

These are some of the brief reasons why you should start eating snail and eat less of meat.
