Hi @modemser, you can use your votes for upvotes or down votes (flagging). It's the same for you either way.
If you flag a post, it may not be hidden if they have more power than you.
When you flag a post you take away part of the reward and return it to the total reward pool.
I would try giving a warning first. If they don't respond, then they are probably not going to get into any flagging war either. You can try your personalized version of my text above.
Whilst I never had a flagging war, it wouldn't be good for you if the person has a higher score than you either way.
Sooner or later you might encounter a lunatic with a screw loose who screams at you. Consider putting that person on mute, and they will vanish.
You can flag 1% or 100% or whatever you think is appropriate, but I would start with a gentle warning, and then try the flagging only on the most serious offenders who have a lower score than you. See how that goes first.
