It's good to see that there are people who appreciate the Taiwanese food who are from the west. I would agree that the Taiwanese fried chicken is amazing. Beat's kfc anyday!

That's a really interesting book, maybe when I gather some time to start cooking i will have to pick it up and try some recipes out!
