Dessert always the best confectionery course to conclude the Entrée. During my 10 days cruising to the South Pacific, I got the opportunity to enjoy all the world class fine dining menu, here is the wrapped up for my cruise journey with my all-time favorite desserts in Edelweiss (the main dining hall).
