On the basis of this recipe you can prepare a soufflé of any color, decorate a ready dish with fresh or defrosted berries with twigs or leaves.
curd fat-free 250g
yoghurt 250 ml
Strawberry juice 200g
gelatine 2 tablespoons
sugar
Dilute gelatin as described in the instructions on the sachet. Mix the low-fat cottage cheese and yogurt, pour gelatin and strawberry juice, pour in granulated sugar or sugar substitute to taste.
Stir the mixture well, pour into a mold and allow it to cool in the refrigerator. Fully frozen curd yoghurt soufflay put on a plate, turning the shape and cut the dessert into portions.
