For potato i do peel it off.But once in a while I boiled the potato and then peel it off before eating.It is wonderful skins of fruits as you mentioned do give our body fiber and vitamins.
@jwolf. This is really informative. I never knew that apple and orange skins are healthy to our body.I do eat apple with the skin but for oranges,no way.Just as you said,they skin of orange is bitter.But now that I know it lowers cholesterol level,I thin I will try eating a little.
