Thank you for such recipe, I have never heard about Yucca Root, actually on first picture my first thought was that it is a sausage. But obviously that is a vegetable. I like the idea of the ingredients and on your final picture it looks really delicious. I believe it is also quite nice and quick desert just in case if you have sudden visitors for cup of tea :)
