致癌物质多是吧,我们那边一年四季都能吃。我一直觉得吧,可能是过去我们那边有很多拉河渡的人,出门很多天,新鲜肉带不了,所以才想出这个办法能储存。时间一长就变成一种习俗了。
是的,熏烤的食物应该是亚硝酸盐比较高,传统食物肯定是跟以前的生活习惯有关系,但是现在还是应该加强健康意识,如果是经年累月的吃影响就比较大了。
