Cooking project in preparation for baby's upcoming arrival - #3 Freezer Friendly Meatloaf

In preparation of my baby's upcoming arrival, I embarked on a cooking project to cook a variety of food items and freeze them in our fridge at home. The purpose is to ensure we always have some cooked food at home, when we are too busy to cook the first month with our newborn.

Previously, I made some Freezer Friendly Banana Oat Muffins, Blueberry Oat Muffins and Matcha Pancake Muffins

This past Easter long weekend, I made a lot of meatloaf and this is the best meatloaf recipe I have ever made! Beside storing a portion of the meatloaf in my freezer. My husband and I also enjoyed some with my home-made onion mushroom kale gravy and potatoes.

Seriously, the gravy made it over-the-top yummy and my husband absolutely loved it! This is now the only meatloaf recipe I will ever use.

Look at my freezer, my project is going quite well as planned. Hopefully soon, this freezer is all filled up with many many good healthy goodies!
