Ingredients :

  • 350 Grams of raw green papaya.

  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice.
  • 2 Tablespoons fish sauce.
  • 4 Pieces of long beans.
  • 7 Pieces of red chili.
  • 60 Grams carrots.
  • 5 Cloves of garlic.
  • Thai sweet basil.
  • Enough water.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 2 Tomatoes.


How To Make :

  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Take the garlic and red chili, put in the blender and wait until smooth. Then set aside.
  • Prepare dried shrimp and mashed dried shrimp until smooth. Then set aside.
  • Cut the long beans into pieces.
  • Take the bowl and input the long beans that have been cut into the bowl.
  • Add garlic, red chili, and dried shrimp that have been mashed.
  • Wash the papaya until it is clean, then peel and grate the papaya (you can use grated cheese).
  • Put shredded papaya into a bowl of long beans.
  • Take the carrots and cut into sections, then put in a bowl containing papaya.
  • Add sugar and lime juice. Stir well.
  • If already mixed, move the serving dish.
  • Sprinkle ground beans and Thai sweet basil on top.
