Ingredients :
- 2 pieces of small Beef cattle sausage
- 150 ml Milk
- 100 gr Fusilli
- 100 gr Cheese
- 500 ml Water
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 egg Yolks
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil for sauteing
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oregano powder
The Steps :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Turn on the stove and boil water until it boils.
- Add olive oil and salt. Add fusilli, cook, until done.
- Once cooked, remove and drain.
- Pour milk into a bowl, add egg yolk, 70 gr grated cheese, oregano powder. stir well.
- Heat a skillet, add olive oil and chopped garlic. Put the piece of sausage.
- Add a mixture of liquid milk, egg yolk, cheese, and oregano to the sausage stir. Cook until slightly shrunk and add salt, and pepper powder then stir until blended.
- Enter the fusilli that has been boiled. stir until blended, then lift.
- Ready to serve with a sprinkling of grated cheese and oregano powder.
