I love pancakes. I can eat them at any time, as they are a tasty and versatile food. So this is why I tried something diferent - Mushroom and Gravy Foldover.
This was the end result. Make sure you only use a small amount of mushroom and gravy, I made too much and smeared it on top as you can see from the pic.
To make it:
Prepare your mushrooms (I simply chopped and fried them)
Prepare your gravy (I used instant gravy)
Make a pancake as you normally do, I always just use water and flour for mine.
When the pancake is ready on both sides, place the combined mushrooms and gravy onto half of the pancake and then fold the empty side of the pancake over so it looks like a pasty.
And serve. Enjoy :-D
