A few weeks ago I bought a nice bottle of local honey from the Sunday market at Batemans Bay. Today I decided to use some to make honey bread. I modified this recipe by cutting the ingredients in half except for the honey, as suggested by the comments. I also decided to make them into little rolls rather than a loaf.
前几个拜在海边小镇的周末市集买了一瓶当地的蜂蜜。今天决用它做蜂蜜麵包。刚刚出炉的最好吃!很香!

The link to the original recipe is above. I adapted it thus:
3.5 cups of plain flour
4 tablespoons of honey
7 grams active dry yeast
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Use warm water to activate the yeast. Combine the salt, honey and oil in.
Add flour and knead for 20 minutes
Let it rise for 45 minutes
Shape into the rolls and then rise for another 20 minutes
Bake at 190 degrees for 25 min (depends on oven)
