Ingredients on a round shape with a hole in diameter of 26 cm:
Egg Basis 4 pcs.
sugar 170 grams
whisper vanillin
flour 170 grams
disintegrator 1 tsp
vegetable oil 125 ml.
cocoa powder 45 grams
We beat the eggs with sugar and vanillin until clarifying and increasing the mass in volume three times (as in the classic biscuit). Sift the flour with the baking powder and gently, stir up from the bottom, stir.
Add the butter and stir again until uniformity.
2/3 of the volume of the test put in an oiled form.
In the remaining dough we sift the cocoa and mix. Put a chocolate dough on top of white.
We do divorce with a sack or a stick for sushi.
We send the cupcake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake until ready, about 45 minutes. Depending on the specifics of each particular oven, the baking time may differ in a bigger or smaller position. Therefore, we are checking for availability by a match or a toothpick - we put it into a cupcake, we take it out and look - if the cupcake is ready, the toothpick must leave it dry. The finished cupcake is taken out of the form and sprinkled with sugar powder at will. We completely chill and serve.
