Hello all...!!!

Today I want to share a recipe with you, sour sweet, quail eggs, potato and shrimp

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.

Ingredients

the main ingredient :

  • 150 grams of shrimp
  • 11 quail eggs (boiled and peeled)
  • 150 grams of potato  (Cut into pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce sweet
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 200 gram cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

ingredients are sliced :

  • 2 cloves Shallot
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 8 red chili
  • 1 tomato

How to cultivate it:

  • cleaning shrimp
  • then wash until clean
  • add 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • enter juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Stir-stir
  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil, 150 grams
  • enter shrimp
  • fried briefly

  • fried quail eggs, which have been boiled until flushed

  • briefly fried, potatoes already cut pieces

How to Make Sauce :

  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil 50 grams
  • stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
  • enter bay leaves

  • wait a minute while stirring
  • enter quail eggs, potato and shrimp which are already fried
  • add water
  • Add salt and flavorings to taste
  • enter soy sauce sweet
  • cooked 4-5  minutes, while stirring stir
  • enter juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Stir-stir
  • Finished
