A traditional Nigerian fast food fondly loved by all Nigerians. It's made from Cassava that has gone through lots of processes before it becomes what it is and has virtually become a national food.
It's called "GARRI"
Have a look at what it looks like when garnished with groundnut and some cubes of sugar. Just add water and you are good to go.
Garri making process is a long and tedious one but I will save you the stress by explaining. First of all you harvest enough cassava and pell the back off after which you wash properly and send them off for grinding.
After grinding into a marshy state, you put in a bag and send o the presser where it would be pressed for a couple of days to completely remove moisture content.
Once completely dried, remove from the presser and sieve it with a wire mesh thereby turning it into a powdery form and at the same time, separating it from the unw
