Delicious Chicken Porridge Recipe

MATERIALS:
300 gr of rice
1.5 liters of air water
100 ml thick coconut milk
1 tsp salt
MATERIALS OF KUAH:
1/2 Chicken tail 2 piece (thigh & chest) if likes to add chicken claw.
1.5 liters of air
3 bay leaves
4 lemongrass cherries
Halang Lengkuas geprek

GROUND SPICES:
10 Shallot Onion
5 cloves of garlic
2 cm ginger
2 white lemongrass only.
1 tsp coriander powder
2 cm turmeric
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
2 large red chillies seeded
Sufficient oil for sauteing.
Sugar salt and powdered broth to taste.
Complementary:
Boiled Egg, Chicken Suir, Tomato Slice, sweet soy sauce, Emping Melinjo, fried onion, spring onion, celery leaves, Sambel and lime.
HOW TO MAKE:
- Cook Rice with Water until it becomes flabby and the water shrinks, then add the coconut milk mix with the salt and cook until it becomes porridge, turn off the heat waiting warm porridge.
- saute spices finely until fragrant input in boiled chicken stew, add salt sugar and powdered broth to taste, simmer the taste check.
- Lift the chicken stew, then fry then suir2.
- Presentation: In a bowl of mush, taste chicken, egg, tomato slice, celery leaf, spinach then sprinkle emping melinjo and fried onion, chicken porridge ready to eat.
