Someone’s never have been in wild Africa usually expects to face some cruel experience such sleeping in small dirty tents or feed on canned food. No doubt it can be in such way in some places where you could get lost forever. But if you visit the best remote places rich of wildlife, you can be sure that you will find the mostly perfect service would be wished by anyone of celebrities. The main reason is that on contrary to common opinion, you may hope for best safari-experience only in some remote and well-protected places. Most of them are privately run and supported by wealthy investors and conservationists. It means that your stay in such safari parks and properties will be one of the wonderful options possible. And be sure that you will never forget about AMAZING culinary experience in the middle of nowhere.

This is... SOUP from Chef. I never tried anything similar in my life before! It can't be but it is! And in wild Botswana, in Africa
But it started with lazy evening aperitif tasting one of the wonderful wines and you'll have to choose from 100-list or so of perfect wine options kept there for guests.
Here is my personal report and photos made during visit of one of such properties. All this happened in some wild place of Nothern Botswana. Where the level of hospitality was exceptional! . Herman the Chef and his amazing kitchen staff prepared the most fabulous culinary experiences for us one evening. It was an open culinary class showing all the process of cooking. All that we needed was just sitting, looking, tasting and ENJOING! It was WOW event that evening when the staff gathered together and entertained us with that meal show.

In fact all this meal was like artworks created by the best artist! And I’d rather be silent to describe the taste!... No words definitely! This made us feel very special. Our Chef pride himself on creating a unique culinary experience, from the cooking & planning through to the delivery on your plates & a dinner surrounded by nature is just one of the ways he showcased his talents. I did not wish to leave the property((( It was absolutely amazing and memorable thing.
