Ingredients:

Kefir - 200 g

So, mix mayonnaise, kefir and sour cream. I recommend using medium-fat products, because low fat kefir and sour cream are liquid, respectively, and the sauce will be liquid. And we like thicker sauces). Mayonnaise is "Maheev. With a quail egg. "

Add the dried spices and the garlic pasted through the press. In the original recipe there were 2 cloves, but I, a lover of garlic, always put a little more. However, do not get involved, or garlic can "kill" spices.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

The sauce is ready, but I leave it for 2-3 hours, so that the dry spices have time to "disperse".
