I've tried this recipe before...and it was good..glad I found it again. I do like using the brown sugar as well. Thanks for the tip about 'ripe' bananas...that makes sense about the flavor being more enhanced...ripe bananas always have a stronger scent so using them in this recipe will only make it better. Will post again when I make it this week.

You’ve made it before? Where did you find the recipe? In my recipe book? There’s no brown sugar in the recipe and no tip about ripe bananas - where did you copy this comment from? Not cool at all!
