Roughly 3 years back, I went by Tokyo and ate a blow burnt fish scallop treat from a similar mane with something smooth and white included.
Amid that time it was winter in Japan, and I had no clue what it was that I ate – however it beyond any doubt was velvety and rich. Turns out, it was shirako – cod sperm – a winter delicacy in Japan.
Lamentably it was summer on this present trek to Tokyo, so no fortunes with the cod sperm. In any case he included bunches of uni and a little crab paw in the blend (ensure you watch the video to see the blow burning activity).
Contingent upon the season you visit Japan, you could very well be in luckiness!
